Returns & Refunds Policy

At Spoutcraft Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are made to order, and as such our returns policy differs between standard size items and custom-made products.

Returns

We accept returns on standard size products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Custom-Made & Bespoke Products

As our custom-made products are manufactured specifically to customer requirements, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on bespoke or made-to-order items.

This includes products made to:

  • Custom dimensions

  • Customer-specified designs

  • Special finishes

  • Project-specific requirements

Please ensure all measurements and specifications are checked carefully before placing your order.

Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photographs and a description of the issue.

Where a genuine quality issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Natural Characteristics of Copper

Copper is a natural material that develops a patina over time when exposed to the elements. Changes in colour, markings, oxidation, and surface ageing are normal characteristics of copper and are not considered defects.

European Union Customers

If your order consists of a standard stock item and is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to bespoke, personalised, or custom-made products manufactured to your specifications.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
